Purple Lacy Top (+ Giveaway Winner!)

Here’s another stash-busting project! I’ve had this purple knit for quite awhile, and decided it was time to use it!

This is McCall’s 6120, view A. I added a couple of inches to the length (it’s in between the length of top views A/B and tunic views C/D). Once it was done, I thought it needed a little something, so I added the lace around the neckline. I ended up needed to take a couple of inches out of each shoulder to get the back to lay flat, but I’m not sure if that’s because of how the pattern is drafted or if my fabric just stretched out too much.

(For those of you not in CO: Yes, it was still warm enough last week to wear this without a sweater. And yes, it has since started to cool off a bit!)
